Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Agents: Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of long-term planning and execution.
- LLM Orchestration: Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) using frameworks like LangChain to enhance reasoning capabilities.
- Autonomous Tool Use: Develop robust interfaces allowing agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and software environments safely and efficiently.
- Evaluation & Safety: Create rigorous evaluation pipelines to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety in high-stakes environments.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and prototype cutting-edge AI paradigms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Foundational Knowledge: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and generative models.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of agent orchestration tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Ability to think abstractly about long-term system evolution and adaptability.
