Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems using quantum-secure verification protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify bias vectors in generative AI models before deployment
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI environments
- Author position papers on AI ethics for global regulatory bodies including IEEE and WEF
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical coding practices and responsible AI development
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI product roadmaps
- Conduct scenario planning for emergent AI capabilities and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems in production environments
- Strong background in machine learning architectures and adversarial attack vectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethics concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research on AI ethics or technology ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience working with international bodies on technology policy development
