Responsibilities

- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation and compliance standards
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI's societal impact and ethical performance
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for 2026 technology landscape
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible innovation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
