Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation strategies for LLMs

- Published research on AI ethics or responsible AI deployment
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics (preferred)
