Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation
- Develop corporate AI ethics policies aligned with emerging global regulations
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and regulatory panels
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI principles through custom workshops
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing bias mitigation in production ML systems
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees
- Fluency in Python and ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong background in applied ethics with focus on technology impact assessment
