Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI models
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Lead cross-functional working groups on emerging ethical dilemmas
- Produce policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Experience with responsible AI implementation in production environments
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
