Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026's autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models
- Develop human-centered AI guidelines for quantum computing integration
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and industry consortiums
- Advise product teams on ethical AI implementation across neural architectures
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update compliance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethical frameworks preferred
- Proficient in Python for bias auditing tools and ethical impact modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
