- Present strategic AI visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental AI projects

Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years industry experience)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record leading AI strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in predictive analytics and large-scale model deployment
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
