Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and execution for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on LLM optimization and agentic workflows.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor and develop a team of world-class data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the AI space and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data privacy regulations.
