- Mentor PhD researchers and drive technical excellence

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading AI research teams at FAANG or equivalent
- Published 15+ papers in NeurIPS/ICML/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research
- Strong knowledge of AI safety and alignment principles
- Experience securing federal research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
