- Lead the design of scalable distributed systems and high-performance computing clusters for deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Security Experts.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Conduct technical assessments and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical direction of junior team members.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Extensive experience (10+ years) designing complex, large-scale software systems in a high-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions in AI/ML domains.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.
