Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI-driven automation frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing applications
- Establish sustainability protocols for next-gen tech infrastructure
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants from federal and private sources
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling prototypes to commercial products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes
