Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological shifts, and geopolitical developments to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, board members, and government stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for long-term innovation metrics and impact assessment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Published thought leadership in futurism, sustainability, or exponential technologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend simulation
