- Present quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental 2026-focused projects
- Mentor junior engineers in future-skills development (quantum algorithms, neural architecture)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum AI or sustainable tech
- Proven track record scaling tech startups from seed to Series B
- Expertise in NIS2 compliance and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized AI frameworks
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR, STTR) for futuristic technologies
