Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven track record scaling teams to 100+ engineers
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing
- Certification in sustainable tech architecture (CSTA)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
