Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for the 2026 era, identifying emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems that anticipate the demands of a hyper-connected world.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align technology initiatives with business goals.
- R&D Oversight: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies to validate their viability for integration into core products.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams towards a common vision.
