Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR) for strategic integration into 2026 product roadmaps
- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Author thought leadership on tech's societal impact and future workforce evolution
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Design predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Champion inclusive innovation practices in next-gen tech development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and implementation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or equivalent industry forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Technology Innovation Management
