You'll lead initiatives that bridge today's capabilities with tomorrow's possibilities, ensuring our organization remains agile in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, decentralized AI, metaverse integration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital transformation
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 tech landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3.0
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS) or Technology Innovation Management
- Prior success leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
