Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps and implementation strategies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, decentralized systems) to identify commercial opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market launch with agile methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, UT Austin) and global tech consortiums
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital for emerging tech
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or sustainable AI
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching to Fortune 500 boards
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
