Responsibilities

- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, neurotech) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation of futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to anticipate industry disruptions
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces with external partners and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting for 5-10 year horizons
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management highly preferred
