Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation systems
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing applications for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into production systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape through proprietary analytics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Track record of launching disruptive products (portfolio required)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or conferences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum Computing)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
