Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems with 10x efficiency improvements over current solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with potential to revolutionize markets by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems in regulated industries
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including government agencies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and predictive analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining technology initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Moore's Law, Koomey's Law, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or emerging tech impacts
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for speculative technology projects
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech integration
