Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI neural networks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proof strategies into enterprise architecture
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law limitations and post-silicon computing paradigms
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
