Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Information Systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, and blockchain architecture
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) and Ethical AI Governance
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (ITU, WEF, OECD)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
