Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop scalable infrastructure for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen digital products
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams beyond 200 professionals
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals (2019-2023)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical innovation portfolio
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Solidity)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF compliance frameworks
