Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap that aligns with Apex Horizon Groupâs long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate global technological shifts, predicting their impact on the market and advising the C-Suite on adoption strategies.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal initiatives and 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation solutions before they hit the mainstream.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and marketingâto ensure seamless integration of future tech.
- Process Transformation: Redesign legacy workflows to leverage autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and sustainable tech practices.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Apex Horizon Group at industry conferences and forums, establishing the company as a leader in future tech.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Masterâs degree (MBA/MS) is a strong plus.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and IoT, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and leading digital transformation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
