Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into strategic business opportunities
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints that deliver tangible prototypes for 2026 product launches
- Collaborate with venture partners to secure funding for breakthrough initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring the commercial success of future-tech implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field or demonstrated equivalent impact
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
