Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, metaverse) through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences and infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop patentable innovations in sustainable tech and human-computer interaction
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to integrate future-ready solutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven impact on future-facing innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing, or neurotech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience leading teams through technology adoption lifecycles
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
