Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future technologies into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and business teams
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Document technology forecasts and strategic frameworks in proprietary knowledge base
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative analysis capabilities with market forecasting models
- Experience working in fast-paced tech startups or Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategic innovation
