Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech fusion)
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for disruptive innovations
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion ethical implementation frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and partnerships
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major tech transformation initiatives
