Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3.0) to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing innovative products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
