Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technology initiatives into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver prototype solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotechnology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
