Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years focused on 2025+ horizons
- Published author in Nature Futures or equivalent peer-reviewed futurism journal
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Track record of scaling global tech initiatives (minimum $100M impact)
- Security clearance for Tier-1 government research collaboration
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
