Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Design resilience frameworks against systemic risks and disruptive forces
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products and service models
- Present futures scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build strategic alliances with technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of implementing transformational technology strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Experience with systemic risk modeling and adaptive governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
