Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate resilience, AI governance, and workforce transformation
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies across geopolitical and technological domains
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a global team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and policy research centers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative-building skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Proficiency in research tools (Python, Tableau, specialized foresight software)
