Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop multi-stakeholder scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Quantify future market opportunities using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging business paradigms
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Strong data visualization skills with advanced knowledge of Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Oxford)
