What you'll achieve:
- Develop 3-5 year future scenarios using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technology adoption
- Produce actionable strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Build predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Mentor junior futurists in our award-winning foresight methodology
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports with predictive insights
- Identify and map emerging business model disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting future markets
- Present foresight findings to investor and board audiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience working with C-suite across multiple industries
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
