Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and predictive models for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and future-state roadmaps
- Advise C-suite on innovation opportunities and disruption risks
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) strongly preferred
