Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight research to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and technological convergence
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven frameworks
- Establish cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging product development, marketing, and operations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and commercialization timelines
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into successful commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with C-suite communication experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
