Responsibilities
- Analyze global macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop proprietary scenario-planning models using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into client-specific strategic initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives on emerging threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight simulations for client decision-making frameworks
- Publish thought leadership on the future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of developing 5-year strategic roadmaps for multinational organizations
