Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends through 2026 with proprietary foresight methodologies
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align emerging tech initiatives with business objectives
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Represent the company at global tech foresight summits and Davos-level forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Published thought leadership in journals like Future Studies Review or Tech Horizon Quarterly
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Track record of commercializing speculative tech within 5-year cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
