Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for 2026 Project's core technologies including quantum-secure systems and neural interfaces
- Develop scalable prototypes for next-generation human-machine symbiosis platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and domain specialists
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions affecting 2026 global markets
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI deployment in post-quantum computing environments
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech R&D or technology foresight
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network design, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing patentable future-tech prototypes
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape forecasts (WEF, IEEE)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic projects deployed at scale
