You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, disrupt quantum computing paradigms, and shape AI ethics frameworks while building a team of world-class futurists. Our Austin campus features a state-of-the-art quantum lab and neuro-VR integration centers.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and post-quantum cryptography
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with 10-year impact projections
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships for frontier projects
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 12+ years experience
- Published 5+ peer-reviewed papers on AI alignment or quantum supremacy
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
- Experience securing $20M+ in government/private innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
