Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years directing futuristic initiatives
- Proven track record launching products anticipating 2026+ market demands
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 technology trends
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and venture funding
- Proficient in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
