Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and societal changes impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in rapid sprints
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and immersive simulations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and government entities for ecosystem innovation
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs using predictive analytics and scenario modeling tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities with track record of scaling innovations
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Engineering, Business, or Data Science)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or patents in transformative technologies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Agile Futures
