Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technologies across AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams

- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Build and manage an internal 'Future Intelligence' think tank
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership on exponential technology trends
- Drive prototyping of next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Published author or keynote speaker on future technologies
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent innovation credentials
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of deployed future-tech projects (2018-2023)
- Ability to distill complex systems into actionable business strategies
