Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI
- Foster an experimental culture through rapid prototyping

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
