Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainability principles into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic innovation visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s disruption track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future-planning methodology mastery
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or sustainable innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation from prototype to market in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
