- Produce actionable whitepapers on societal trends impacting global industries
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term strategic goals
- Manage a $5M annual R&D budget for experimental technologies and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using agile methodologies
- Present findings at international forums including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Strong network of industry contacts in Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs
