- Present strategic forecasts to Fortune 500 executive partners
- Manage $15M innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a global futurist think tank
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at Big Tech or deep-tech startups
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Proven track record scaling exponential innovations
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Speaking record at Davos or equivalent global forums
